Chris Jackson’s journey to becoming a counselor began early in life when he realized he experienced emotions deeply—perhaps more than most. For years, he struggled with his sensitivity, often feeling inadequate for not being able to suppress or ignore his feelings. Over time, Chris discovered that his sensitivity was actually a gift, enabling him to connect and empathize with others in a unique way. By embracing his own emotions, he found that others felt safe to do the same.
Chris earned his Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Texas in 2019 and has since helped individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, addiction, PTSD, personality disorders, and more. He creates a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can openly share their struggles and work toward developing tools to cope confidently with life’s challenges.
Chris is dedicated to supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other difficulties. His goal is to help clients heal, grow, and build the resilience needed to thrive in their everyday lives.
