Relationship Coaching
Love Grows Gym is a proprietary method uniquely created by our Relational Coach, Amanda Richardson, after years of working with couples, groups and individuals, as an effective way to strengthen and heal relationships.
The Love Grows Gym method uses the four foundational tools of Awareness, Regulation, Practice, and Repair…but it’s anything but basic. This framework is designed to help individuals, couples, and groups understand their relational patterns, practice new ways of connecting, and strengthen their relationships over time. It gives them a basic framework to process complex and challenging situations.
Just like physical fitness, relational strength grows through awareness, practice, and repair. Love grows Gym provides structure for the hard work to be done. And, in addition to traditional coaching, Love Grows Gym introduces fun activities, workshops, and experiential activities, that don’t even feel like work, to strengthen those relational muscles!

How Coaching Differs from Counseling?
Coaching is not therapy. While our counselors provide clinical mental health treatment for diagnosable conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns, coaching is a non-clinical service. It does not involve diagnosis, treatment of mental health disorders, or insurance reimbursement.
Coaching is appropriate for clients who are emotionally stable and seeking support with goals, relationship enrichment, personal development, or life transitions. If clinical concerns arise, we may recommend transitioning to counseling services to ensure you receive the appropriate level of care.
At Foundations Counseling, we are committed to helping you build relationships that are secure, resilient, and deeply connected. If you’re ready to move from reactive patterns to intentional partnership, relationship coaching offers a structured path forward.
