Russell Baxter is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. He received a BA in Bible and a Masters of Education in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin-Simmons University. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of addiction, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
He adopts the client-centered approach while addressing depression including feelings of powerlessness, hopelessness, directionlessness, and low self-esteem. He focuses on symptoms of anxiety including racing thoughts, fear of failure, difficulty sleeping, and unhealthy expectations. He has a holistic approach that doesn't just focus on the presenting symptoms but also on stressors, relationships, behaviors, and purpose in life. Issues with shame, guilt, and low self-esteem are also areas of focus.

With over 28 years of experience, she has had the honor of providing support, encouragement, and guidance to individuals who have taken the challenge and succeeded. Her passion for helping others led her to receive her BA in Psychology and her MEd in Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches.
Throughout her career, Virginia has been dedicated to providing effective therapy for children, adolescents, and families. She has collaborated with clients facing a wide range of issues, including trauma, abuse, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, ADHD, as well as behavior and relationship problems. You can trust that Virginia's years of experience have equipped her with the skills and knowledge to understand and address your unique concerns.
Virginia encourages an atmosphere where individuals can feel secure and willing to identify their needs. She offers a variety of therapeutic concepts, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Based Therapy, and is EMDR-trained. Chris Jackson’s journey to becoming a counselor began early in life when he realized he experienced emotions deeply—perhaps more than most. For years, he struggled with his sensitivity, often feeling inadequate for not being able to suppress or ignore his feelings. Over time, Chris discovered that his sensitivity was actually a gift, enabling him to connect and empathize with others in a unique way. By embracing his own emotions, he found that others felt safe to do the same.
Chris earned his Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Texas in 2019 and has since helped individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, addiction, PTSD, personality disorders, and more. He creates a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can openly share their struggles and work toward developing tools to cope confidently with life’s challenges.
Chris is dedicated to supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other difficulties. His goal is to help clients heal, grow, and build the resilience needed to thrive in their everyday lives.

Following a 20-year career in marketing where Nicole was a leader often called “the people whisperer” by her colleagues, she decided to lean into her natural strengths and earned her Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. Nicole completed additional coursework and training in trauma and addiction treatment. Nicole is also a Certified Wellness Coach and a Certified Practitioner of Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator and utilizes knowledge from these areas to add to her understanding of people and the process of change.
Nicole believes that from your pain, you can create your path. She offers a variety of effective therapy techniques to help you navigate challenges and transitions in your relationships, your career, and other areas in life where you feel stuck. You’ll work through your patterns, find barriers keeping you stuck, and discover how your unique strengths are the key to overcoming difficulties you experience in life. Not only will you develop new ways of showing up in your relationships and your career, but you may also find that the process of discovering more about who you are is something to embrace and celebrate!

Joye Jones is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who enjoys working with teenagers, adults and families. She received a BA in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Family Psychology at Hardin-Simmons University. She specializes in mood disorders, personality disorders and overcoming trauma.
Joye has over twenty years of experience and has worked in multiple levels of care. Joye also has a heart for TCKs (Third Culture Kids), having been raised on three different continents herself. In addition to English, Joye is also fluent in Portuguese. Joye’s primary therapeutic approaches are DBT, CBT and SFBT.
Joye is solution focused while addressing the barriers that have kept clients stuck. She focuses on challenging erroneous belief systems. She works by helping client create resilience and develop hope. She is focused on each client’s core belief end encourages the rewriting of limiting beliefs. She is certified in Accelerated Resolutions Therapy (ART) allowing the client to process and heal from trauma.

ELIZABETH PITTMAN LPC
Elizabeth Pittman is a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. She received a BA in Psychology and a MA in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.
Elizabeth believes that building awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs is at the center of feeling empowered to create change in your life. She has a heart for helping clients learn to regulate emotions so they can put their best foot forward in every aspect of their lives.
Elizabeth specializes in supporting clients who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. She has experience working with complex trauma, including the treatment of child sexual abuse and adult survivors of child sexual abuse. She has training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), expressive arts techniques as well as utilizing a mindfulness based cognitive behavioral approach to counseling.
Additionally, she offers faith-based counseling from a Christian perspective when requested.
