What is EMDR Therapy?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-backed therapy that helps people recover from traumatic events like accidents, assaults, and natural disasters. But it’s also highly effective for non-trauma-related conditions, including:
Panic attacks
Generalized anxiety
Persistent worry
Depression
Relationship issues
Work stress
Preparing for significant life events (e.g., weddings, interviews)
Why Choose EMDR Intensive Therapy?

The Science Behind EMDR Therapy
EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements, sounds, or tapping) to activate the brain’s natural healing process. By reprocessing traumatic memories, EMDR helps you replace negative beliefs with healthier, more adaptive thoughts and emotions. Learn how we guide you through this eight-phase process to achieve lasting change.
Do EMDR Intensives Work as Well as Weekly Therapy?
Yes! Research shows that EMDR intensives are as effective as traditional weekly therapy, allowing for rapid progress by condensing treatment into a shorter timeframe.
What is the Cost of an EMDR Intensive?
EMDR Intensives are billed at $150 per hour. On average, costs range between $2,000 to $4,500, depending on your personalized treatment plan.
Please note: Due to the structure, EMDR Intensives are NOT currently covered by insurance. However, they can complement your existing therapy if needed.
